The Note 20 Ultra runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC mated to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD slot. Samsung has upgraded the Galaxy Note screen, the Note 20 Ultra features a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate. Thanks to the higher refresh rate and improved S Pen prediction AI, the Note 20 Ultra features the smoothest S Pen integration in a Note series, pushing latency down to 9ms—almost like writing on a piece of paper. The Note20 Ultra also features the best cameras in a Galaxy Note. The triple camera setup on the back has a 108-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera. The camera can capture 8K videos in 24fps and up to 120 fps in FHD. Meanwhile, the front features a 10-megapixel front camera. The Note 20 Ultra also has the largest battery in a Note-series phone, now sporting a 4500 mAh battery with 25W fast charging to get 50 percent with just 30 minutes of charging, and fast wireless charging. If you find your other Galaxy devices running low on juice, the Note 20 Ultra can also function as a wireless power bank to let you get back on what you were doing.
