How are you doing?
My wife is a nurse in charge of a ward at Sheffield Children’s Hospital, so has been kept very busy, and being a secondary school teacher myself, I have been mainly working from home and looking after my young sons.
How are you keeping yourself motivated to ride right now?
I have to confess that Strava has been a motivator. Weekly and annual mileage, what my Weekly Intensity graph is looking like, have I done an activity each day? I know other Fusion CC mates have got into segment hunting and got into KOM tussles with other locals such as ‘Mr 100 Climbs’ Simon Warren.
