FASTING yet FEASTING
Eat light this season. A warm celebration with a light walk, while the moon is up can be very relaxing, cooling and detoxifying.

Sweet potato chaat

Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes 250 gms

Lemon juice 1 tsp or as per taste

Black pepper 2 pinches

Rock salt (optional) as per taste

Ghee 1 tsp

Roasted Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Method:

1. Wash and cut sweet potatoes into big pieces.

2. Steam sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.

3. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into pieces.

4. Add black pepper, lemon juice, rock salt and ghee, mix well.

5. Serve it.

P.s: Instead of sesame seeds, one can add roasted sunflower seeds or Scraped coconut.
