Despite the setback in the general election, Rahul’s political career has yet to ebb. The Chakra Daśā of Makara began in 2015 which seeks to initiate his political ascension. in 2016 and 2017 he will rise to the highest position in the Indian National Congress party, and will likely become its President, a role which will be important for the party’s future growth.
