Davao reverts to GCQ as COVID cases spike
Presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said the decision was based on the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases or IATF under Resolution 84.

The IATF designated Melquiades Feliciano, deputy chief implementer of the National Task Force Against COVID-19 in Bacolod and Cebu, to head Coordinated Operations to Defeat the Epidemic teams that will assist in response activities.

Roque said a One Hospital Command Center would be established to ensure an efficient referral system as private hospitals are mandated to increase their ward bed capacity by up to 30 percent.
