Single Kids More Likely Be Obese
Since families with multiple children tend to make more healthy eating decisions, finds a study

Only-children are more likely to be obese than kids with siblings, according to a study which found that families with multiple children tend to make more healthy eating decisions. The study, published in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior, found that only-children, who researchers refer to as “singletons,” had less healthy family eating practices and beverage choices.
