WLB: HC Issues Notice To CM & Forest Officials

BHOPAL

High Court, on Monday, has issued notices to Chief Minister Kamal Nath, the ex-officio chairman of Wild Life Board (WLB), and officials of forest department for setting aside rules and regulation in constitution of the Board.

The HC has given three week time to reply. The board was constituted on August 3 and had triggered controversy regarding various points like no induction of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) in the Board.
