For thousands of gardening and food enthusiasts across the country, the Bloom Festival is an integral part of the June bank holiday.
Bord Bia’s annual extravaganza, which takes place in the Phoenix Park, has marked the start of summer for the past 13 years.
More than 115,000 garden and artisan food lovers, as well as outdoor enthusiasts, singers and dancers attended the last event.
And just like then, the temperatures soared and the sun shone this weekend.
But the Covid-19 pandemic has meant people could not attend the much-loved festival.
