Comedian Bernard O’Shea has revealed how Bridget And Eamon has been enjoying newfound popularity in the US since lockdown.
The comedy, which is streaming in the States on Amazon Prime, has even been dubbed with Russian subtitles.
Bernard, who is currently finishing off his new book A Feckin Eejit’s Guide To Self-Improvement in quarantine, told how the sitcom is finding a whole new audience.
He said: “Because the lockdown is happening in the States, people are flooding to Amazon Prime and Hulu and people are arriving on this quirky Irish sitcom and they’re loving it.
