TV star Holly Willoughby admits she is “riddled with guilt” after missing her children’s first days at school while she presented This Morning on ITV.

The 39-year-old says she has found juggling her career and being a mum a “challenge”.

But she says the support of her TV producer husband Dan Baldwin, who shares the responsibilities, has been vital. They have Harry, 11, Belle, eight, and Chester, five.

She tells Red magazine: “Becoming a mum was the only thing I knew I definitely wanted when I was growing up, but the image I had never involved me being a working mum. That’s the biggest challenge.
