I’M a woman aged 30 and in February my boyfriend of eight years left me and moved out of our flat. It was horrible and a huge shock because I didn’t have a clue he wasn’t happy.
I suppose if I’m honest, we’d been engaged for four years and never got any closer in that time to planning a wedding – which was definitely more down to him than me.
His reason for ending it was he’d fallen out of love with me, even though he loved me as a friend.
He also insisted there was no one else involved and he wasn’t looking to date anyone, but needed to take some time to decide what he wanted from his future.
