Dorothy Connolly and Ross Macfarlane were due to get hitched on Saturday but coronavirus postponed the event until April next year. That didn’t stop friends and family from marking the special occasion.
The couple, from Balloch, Dunbartonshire, couldn’t believe it when over 20 decorated cars, filled with would-be wedding guests, drove past their home, leaving Dorothy and Ross in tears.
