Sad Sullivan Tears It Up

Andy Sullivan fought back tears as he dedicated his victory at the English Championship to his late brother-in-law and a friend.

The Ryder Cup star carded a final-round 65 at Hanbury Manor to finish on 27 under par – seven shots clear of Spaniard Adrian Otaegui.

The win was his first on the European Tour since the 2015 Portugal Masters. And in the last two years, the Nuneaton pro has lost both his fiancee Flo’s brother and close friend Tom Ford.
