THIEVES stole a nurse’s car as she worked voluntary overtime after a ten-hour shift saving the lives of Covid-19 patients.
Janine Morgan, 48, had bought the £8,500 Ford Fiesta just a month earlier after years of saving up for it.
She offered to do three hours’ extra work to help exhausted colleagues.
But when she eventually left to go home she found the motor had disappeared from the hospital car park.
In an angry social media message her family called the culprits “scum bags” and “the lowest of the low”.
