THE idea that simply looking up could be a tool to help improve mental health might sound like pie in the sky. That is until you take a look at the findings of positive psychology coach Paul Conway (successfulhumans.org).

Paul has been exploring a new area of research he calls “skychology” in which he examines the connection between the sky and wellbeing.

“There appears to be a neuropsychological connection between looking up and feeling better,” says Paul.

“Findings from our initial study suggest that looking at the sky brings an almost immediate sense of calm, clarity and perspective.”
