A FAMILY of five migrants who drowned when their overcrowded boat sank in the stormy Channel had paid people smugglers more than £21,000 after selling everything they owned.
Rasoul Iran-Nejad and wife Shiva Mohammed Panahi, both 35, daughter Anita, nine, and six-year-old son Armin were found dead while 15-month-old son Artin was lost.
Two adults are also missing and French searchers said there was no hope of finding more survivors from the 20 people packed into the flimsy vessel.
