SURRY—For the second time in three weeks, a Toddy Pond summer “camp” went up in flames.

Surry Fire Chief Richard Black got the tone to respond to Carter Cove Lane around 12:20 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, with Ellsworth, Blue Hill and Orland fire departments called to assist simultaneously.
