An extremely versatile player in all blues and roots styles, Whittington’s back catalogue provides us with a rich and unique feast. Buddy hails from Fort Worth, Texas, where he was inspired to pick up the guitar after listening to records by The Beatles, Rolling Stones, John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Jimmy Reed, Led Zeppelin, The Who and many fantastic local players.
