Vanessa Guimoye

Tell us about a bit about yourself?

From a young age, I always knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. Modeling has always been my passion. I started in the industry in Peru where I was born and continued when I moved to Florida in my early teens. I have done magazines, music videos, runways, tv hosting, and have won several beauty pageants including Ms. International World. I have had the opportunity to walk the runway in Seoul, South Korea for fashion week and have represented brands and companies all over the world. I am always looking for the next challenge in my career and for new opportunities.

What was your initial reaction when you were chosen to shoot for FHM?

I felt excited and honored. I always wanted to shoot for FHM. It was a dream come true. I used to read the magazine when I was younger and I always wanted to be one of the beautiful women featured in the magazine.

How do you prepare for a shoot?

I am always myself on a shoot. You have to relax and let who you are come through in the photos. I eat healthy, exercise, and I always show up on time ready and prepared.
