Nathan, I have been following you on IG for a while now, and I find it so impressive that you don’t just look strong, but you are in fact powerful. Yet you also suffered a leg injury earlier this year as a result of using so much weight. My first question is, aren’t you afraid of getting hurt training as heavy as you do in all compound lifts like bench presses, rows, squats, front squats and Romanian deadlifts? And if you weren’t scared before, do you have that fear now that you see what can happen? Maybe it’s time to start going lighter, since I think you’re already huge.
Thanks for being a fan, and I appreciate your opinion that I have all the size I need. I respectfully disagree with that a bit, though. I’ve made some excellent gains over the last few years no doubt, but I still need more mass and fullness to maximize the shape and structure that are strong points for me. It’s all relative when you talk about size. On my own, you might say I look enormous. When you put me between say, Ramy and Roelly, that’s when you may realize filling out more would be a good idea for me.
