Paris is known around the world as the City of Light. What would you recommend visitors do in the evenings to really take in its beauty?
I highly recommend spending time on the bridges of Paris to watch the city lights. Anyone of them, like all, are as beautiful as each other, and with so many stories though I personally prefer the Pont Neuf.
As a culinary capital, what are three of your favorite restaurants that you would recommend our readers to try?
Les Climats for the unquestionable selection of Burgundy wines. I recently discovered the Fanfan, two steps from the Arc de Triomphe, which mixes finely French and Chinese cuisine. Finally, the 110 Taillevent, which remains a safe gastronomic value.
