Behind Every Beauty
The Malaysian Women's Weekly|October-November 2019
Founder of popular Taiwanese beauty brand For Beloved One, Margaret Wu, talks about her skincare regime, the meaning of beauty and how to care for mature skin
Behind Every Beauty

The Weekly recently had the great privilege of catching up with Margaret Wu in Taiwan, the woman behind the innovative brand, For Beloved One. Not only is she an absolute beauty, Margaret is a fervent believer that having a healthy and radiant complexion is what beauty really is about.

Today, For Beloved One is well known for its bio-cellulose mask – it’s the world’s first bio-cellulose mask innovation in the beauty industry. Its skincare products have won multiple accolades in various beauty awards around the world. Margaret’s main focus is still centred on the needs of Asian skin – how to address mature skin and achieve younger-looking skin. Here, she candidly expresses her thoughts.

GETTING DOWN TO BUSINESS

What made you want to start your own cosmetic brand? “I was a beauty editor for 15 years and I learnt that many of us worry a lot about having a fair complexion. So we really need cosmetic products in our lives to maintain healthy, glowing skin.”
