To keep skin healthy and moisturised, gently exfoliate your face and body at least one day before getting on the plane. Hydrate well afterward.

2 Moisturise on Board

Air humidity on a plane is usually less than 20 percent, compared to 65 to 95 percent in Singapore. This can majorly dry out your skin. Try this: Once you take your seat, if you are wearing makeup, cleanse your face with a makeup removing wipe or baby wipe, then apply an ultra-moisturising face cream and lip balm. Reapply as needed.
