A woman in New Orleans, brought one of the strangest lawsuits I’ve read about in a long time. She had fallen while riding on the street car. She wasn’t hurt when she fell, but when she went to get off of the streetcar, the conductor told her, “You had no business sitting in the front of the car - a big fat woman like you had no business sitting in front of the car. Why didn’t you sit in the back?”
