One such package that can change life for better is the Six Senses Integrated Wellness programme. The Six Senses Integrated Wellness programme has been created in conjunction with doctors and wellness practitioners over a period of two years. The programme has been developed to help individuals lead a life attuned to wellness in an era where stress is one of the most common health issues.

The session begins with a wellness screening that uses highly advanced technology to evaluate key physiological biomarkers of health, including body composition, metabolism, oxygen distribution, and heart function and circulation, as well as stress parameters. The nearly full day programme begins with a body screening followed by a thorough examination of the results by the Six Senses wellness consultant. Agnieszka Trier, the wellness consultant, explained that following that she would suggest the lifestyle changes I need to incorporate before I head to the Activity room at the spa to participate in the activity that would be beneficial for me as per the results.
