1 WHAT’S THE FIRST SONG YOU CAN REMEMBER FROM YOUR CHILDHOOD?

My mother singing ‘Over the sea to Skye’ (The Skye Boat song) to me – now, of course, the theme tune to Outlander, so I always enjoy hearing it, though the words are different from the ones I half remember but with the same tune. Can’t remember how old I was but really young – a toddler maybe.

2 WHAT WAS THE FIRST RECORD YOU BOUGHT?

I would like to say it was The Beatles, but I think they were my second record. I’m pretty sure the first was by The Monkees – I enjoyed watching the TV series as a young teenager and bought ‘I’m a Believer’. Think I was 12 years old.

3 WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN LISTENING TO MOST RECENTLY?

All sorts – Dido, White Flag album; I love her voice.

4 WHAT WAS THE FIRST CONCERT YOU WENT TO?
