Whether you doubt your own creative abilities or you consider yourself a frustrated Michelangelo, a therapeutic art workshop at Himapan Studio is a great way to relax and tap into a different part of the brain. We visited the studio and spoke with founder France Gaggioli.

I’m definitely not creative when it comes to art – I even draw disproportionate stick-people for my children. So, I was interested to see what someone with absolutely no skill or experience – not to mention lots of stress in their life – could achieve at an art class.

As France explains in her delightful accent (yes, she’s French!), “I love seeing how pleased people are when they doubt themselves and then create something beautiful to proudly hang on their wall.”
