No se trata de comer sólo para satisfacer tu hambre, sino tus sentidos. “Si hay varias texturas y mezclas de sabores en tu platillo, tu comida te hará feliz aunque la porción sea más pequeña”, explica la nutrióloga Leslie Bonci. Por ejemplo, si tienes una ensalada que mezcle lechugas con fresas, miel, nueces, pollo y feta, le darás la misma o más felicidad a tu paladar que con una gran porción de chocolate. Al cabo de tres mordidas del dulce el sabor no cambia, pero con la ensalada multicolor cada bocado es distinto, en uno te puede tocar una fresa, en otro una nuez…
NADA ESTÁ PROHIBIDO
Eso de eliminar grasas, carbohidratos, gluten y demás ingredientes malos del menú, no es aceptable en una dieta feliz. “Necesitas una mezcla de proteínas, grasas y fibras en cada comida”, asegura la experta. Lo importante es distribuirlas de manera correcta. Piensa en ello como una pirámide, en la base deben ir los elementos multicolor, es decir, todas las frutas y verduras, al centro las proteínas como carne y legumbres, y al final los alimentos compuestos de cereales como el pan. Sólo en la punta, un postrecito culposo para evitar frustraciones.
