¿Cómo te sientes con lo logrado a tan corta edad, en un país con una cultura muy diferente a la tuya? Afortunada y bendecida. Hay mucho camino por delante y un montón de cosas por lograr todavía, siempre muy consciente de dónde vengo para no olvidar el camino que he recorrido. Preferimos pensar en lo que no tenemos o en aquello que aún nos falta por conseguir, y pasamos por alto los logros que sí tenemos gracias al trabajo y al esfuerzo.
¿Ha sido difícil superar los problemas personales alejada de tu familia?
Es duro. Soy muy apegada a mi familia, especialmente a mis padres y a mi hermana, y aunque me considero una persona fuerte, hay momentos que los extraño y necesito un apapacho o sus palabras de aliento. A veces, si me siento mal físicamente, ni siquiera se los digo para no preocuparlos. En general, debo resolver mis cosas yo sola o con la ayuda de mis afectos de acá, mi familia mexicana.
Ante las críticas y dificultades, ¿cuál es la lección aprendida más importante?
