THE PROPERTY The house is situated on an acre of land. But because of the terrain, only half an acre was feasible for construction. The final built-up area is 6,500 sq ft and is spread over two levels. Lower level has living and dining areas, along with the master bedroom, kitchen and utilities, while the upper level accommodates four identical bedroom suites.
The living room enjoys the panoramic views of the Western Ghats and opens on to the deck and lawn. All the furniture is designed by ADND.

Kiran Kapadia of KdnD studio LLP, the unusual architecture of this home at Aamby Valley, Lonavala is blessed with uninterrupted views of the Western Ghats.
