Blanca and Adam have combined their worldly influences to create this bright and elegant three storey Victorian townhouse in Belfast.
When Blanca and Adam began their search for a home in Northern Ireland, at the top of their list was location. ‘We wanted to be close to all the amenities – shops and cafés – and close to all the bustle and busyness of a town. Their perfect dwelling came in the form of this three storey Victorian townhouse. The property had already been renovated to a very high standard. This involved opening up the ground floor to create a large open-plan living room and dining area and a utility room and downstairs loo were added. What was originally the living room on the first floor is now the guest bedroom and on the top floor, which was originally two small bedrooms, is now the master bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
‘When we bought the house we were about to get married and knew that we wanted to start a family soon, so having the extra space for a nursery was very important to factor in when house hunting,’ says Blanca.
