Christopher and Michelle from Cork knew they wanted a walnut kitchen for their new build home. After a glowing recommendation from a friend, the couple decided on Celtic Interiors who delivered the kitchen they wanted and more.
As this was a new build, the couple had the added bonus of having a completely blank canvas to work from. This allowed them to plan exactly what they wanted in their kitchen in the initial plans which they discussed with designer Noel when they first visited Celtic Interiors.
‘We decided to go with Celtic Interiors as a friend of ours had a kitchen designed by them for their new build home and we loved it,’ explains Christopher. ‘I feel that Celtic Interiors design is extremely unique. Our designer Noel worked with our initial idea and then drew up a plan which we tweaked to suit our needs.’
Christopher explains the specific elements that the couple wanted in the kitchen. ‘We always wanted an island with a hob incorporated in it. It is now the most functional part of the kitchen and it’s like having an extra room as you can entertain people there and store lots of things in it too.’
