CREATE SPACE TO RELAX
Whether living alone or with family, it is important to have a space where you can feel completely relaxed. This might be a living room, your bedroom or a quiet corner with a comfy armchair where you can read a book, listen to your favourite podcast or watch TV. If you feel that you don’t have a space that allows you to completely unwind, then this is something you need to address. It doesn’t have to cost a fortune, maybe a fresh lick of paint on the walls or new soft furnishings are all that’s needed to create the perfect sanctuary within your home. For example, if you have the space in your bedroom and you are able to easily rearrange furniture, create a sitting area with an oversized chair or couch where you can read or watch television without having to sit on your bed.
