THE VENUE Replacing the short-lived Middle Eastern restaurant Morah on the 71st and 72nd floors of the JWMarriott Marquis, Hotel Cartagena Bar & Lounge is the brainchild of Atelier EPJ, a Dubai-based restaurant consultancy and design firm. Opened earlier this year, diners are hosted by the glamourous and mysterious Mrs Buendia, the fictional owner of a 1950s Colombian hotel represented by the restaurant space.
