It was so satisfying to be able to complete a card with any creative technique I felt like using at the time.
A fascination with paper that began in childhood has led designer Nicole Coursey to become a gifted quilling artist and card maker. After getting her start in scrapbooking, Nicole quickly began learning the art of quilling, a skill that has grown to include designing and teaching. Her clean and fresh designs have graced the pages of CardMaker, and she is a regular on the CardMaker Facebook page sharing demos on quilling and card making in live videos. She also sells her own quilling supplies along with a few small original projects in her Etsy shop (www.tealkat.com). To see more of Nicole’s work, visit her blog at www.cardstoq.com. We’re excited to feature Nicole in this issue and we hope you’ll enjoy learning more about this talented designer.
