Just walk on grass or, better still, lie down on it. You will be transformed in no time.

Feel The Grass Below Your Feet
Remember watching the movie Pretty Woman? When Julia Roberts met Richard Gere, he was stressed and overworked. After they fell in love, happiness was in full bloom. One scene is etched in my mind — to aid in his happiness she would often take his shoes off and make him walk bare feet on the grass. He found it addictive and always did that when he had tough decisions to make.

We don’t have to wait for tough plots to show up in life — to practice this health-enhancing ritual.

Just walk on grass, or better still, lie down on it. You will be transformed in no time.
