Warm the oil from 75g sun-dried tomatoes in oil in a soup pot and gently sauté one medium, finely chopped onion until soft. Chop and add the sun-dried tomatoes, 2 crushed garlic cloves and a pinch of chilli powder, stir well and continue to sauté everything for a further 5 mins.
