So this year it’s going to be a Jones Family Christmas. My tribe of Palmers are hitching up our tackle and heading north of Sydney to my brother-in-law’s property just outside of Armidale. Along with the excitement of a road trip and prep for our holiday, there are plenty of things to get across the line before the jolly, elegantly rounded, generous fella in the big red suit comes to find us in the country. Pre-Christmas is a tough few weeks for many and asking a couple of questions of your diabetes management as you roll through it can be more of a help to you than you may realise.
