Here are five simple and effective ideas for enhancing your daily self-care rituals with very little effort!

1. Eat one more serving of fresh fruit per day and have one less soda, glass of wine, or cup of coffee.

2 Eat one more serving of veggies per day and have one less dessert.

3 Practice deep breathing when you wake up and go to sleep, and while you are driving, walking, and sitting at your desk. Pick a time to focus on this and remember to practice daily.
