VITAMIN D BENEFIT

There is some evidence that indicates vitamin D may prevent COVID-19 infection and serious symptoms of the disease. The RDA for vitamin D is 600 IU daily for adults 70 and younger, and 800 IU daily for adults over 70. Vitamin D supplements of 1000 to 2000 IU is safe for most people.
