An Uncertain 2020, But An Exciting Future In Minnesota

Dave Schueck

The high school fishing landscape, like many other events and industries, has been impacted greatly by this virus and the collective response to it. Although the near-term summer of 2020 is uncertain regarding Minnesota’s youth musky fishing initiatives, our long-term plans are exciting.

One constant in Minnesota youth fishing for the past 10 years is the Minnesota State High School Muskie Championship. Becker Foundation. This event welcomes competitors who qualify for the championship by placing high in their MI chapter qualifying tournament.
