LISA HAYDON LALVANI

ACTOR & MODEL

“Capri, because it was the place we went to when my husband was wooing me to marry him. There, I’d love to lunch again at the Michelin-starred Il Riccio, where you can jump off the steps into the blue water, or La Fontelina, which also has a great spot to swim. I would stay at the Capri Palace, and eat at Da Paolino, which, under a canopy of lemon trees, is the most romantic restaurant. I’d end with a boat trip around the blue grottos and perhaps listen to opera atop Anacapri.”

THOMAS ZACHARIAS

EXECUTIVE CHEF & PARTNER, THE BOMBAY CANTEEN

“Heading on a #ChefontheRoad food trip across my home state of Kerala has been on my wish list for a long time. Considering everything that has happened in the past several months, taking a trip to discover my culinary roots seems more apt now than ever. Kerala has a fascinating history and diverse cuisine thanks to its unique geographical structure, varied colonial influences and predominance of unique communal cultures, each of which have had a deep impact on its food. I’m excited to discover it all.”

AISHWARYA NAIR MATHEW
