Chandigarh-based conglomerate, Paul Merchants Ltd has carved a niche in an array of services like international inward money transfer, foreign exchange, tours, and travels; prominently undertaking domestic money transfers, gold loan, insurance, satellite tv channels, etc.

The journey which was started about two decades ago by Sat Paul Bansal by acquiring an existing company known as Brite Agro Mills Limited, eventually led to the birth of Paul Merchants Limited, a name which became synonymous with Trust, Quality, Assurance and Integrity in the following years.

The legacy is now gracefully being carried forward by Rajneesh Bansal, Managing Director of Paul Merchants Ltd.

His ideology conspicuously reflects in the work culture of the company, which places a high premium on customer satisfaction, regulatory compliances, new conceptions, thoughts, and innovations.

A post-graduate from the Victoria University of Technology from Australia, Mr Bansal firmly believes in staying positive in every situation.

What has been your key role in taking your organization to new heights?

Being a market leader is important for an organization to understand trends and make the right move. The decisive decision here in Paul Merchants Ltd. was the introduction of technology and processes to ramp up the way of doing business. Going digital has helped us scale our business, make processes seamless for our customers.
