What have you been doing during quarantine?
Jaicy Elliot

I’ve been busy! I always have a million things to do, I never get bored! I’ve made a list of the things I would like to know how to do and I’m tackling one thing at a time, taking my time! At this point I’ve definitely settled into a routine and I’m enjoying the sort of timeless experience we’re all having. I hope everyone is staying safe and finding ways to be kind to themselves and others.

Which designers do you like best?

I’m really into textures and cuts. The art of making “simple” look good is a tough one. For that I really like C.O.S and American Vintage. I also love shoes, my favorites now are Clergerie and Chie Mihara for a little more color.

Tell us about working on “Grey’s Anatomy” and your character.

I just recently finished my third season of Grey’s Anatomy as Taryn Helm. She’s a quirky, straightforward, a little-too-honest-for-her-own-good- young adult. It’s been interesting playing her with all of her conflicting personality traits. From super compassionate to heartbroken to over competitive, she also represents my television debut on screen which has created a special bond between us. It’s been an incredible ride learning about Hollywood through Grey’s Anatomy as Taryn, herself, is learning about her own “Hollywood” that is Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. I’m so lucky to have this experience, it feels like every day is my own private masterclass.
