Let’s keep it one hundred, in today’s world where climate change wreaks desolation on the economy, environment as well as society where employment inequality and discrimination motivated by prejudice and stereotypes are pervasive – and where those in power are falling, what will keep us from losing faith in that we could make the world a better place for everyone? For me, I believe in the optimism that the young generation has to offer to the future, and I’m not the only one to hold this stance. The United Nation Department of Economic and Social Affair (UN DESA) released the World Youth Report that looks at the critical roles the new generation have put on the plates so far, along with other frameworks that can be done to promote the sustainable development efforts at all levels.
