Are They *Really* Wrong for You?

Your next bae might be standing right in front of you.
Are They *Really* Wrong for You?

What happens when you have a crush on the “wrong” person? All of a sudden, you’re thinking about the person you’ve known for *ages* in a different way. Or the seemingly off-limits one (who is, ahem, besties with your big bro). Either way, you had a picture in your head of who you’d date...and it doesn’t align with the reality of who you’re into. But if this person is so not your match, why do you keep thinking about them? It’s simple: You like who you like, so we’re here to tell you to toss that checklist and look past all those dating dilemmas that you think are standing in your way. The “all-wrong” one might actually be right on, and here’s how to find them.

UGH, THEY ARE YOUNGER THAN YOU

One year, two years...what’s the big deal? Oh, right. The big deal is that everyone would talk about it. Question: Are you really someone who stresses that dating an underclassman lowers your cool credit? We’re struggling to believe you’re this stuck on the opinions of people at school. Because—we have to say it— it really doesn’t matter.

Unless they’re completely immature, this so-called obstacle is silly. If the fact that they are a grade below you is getting in the way of you having a dreamy dance date, it has to stop.

THEY’RE YOUR OLDER SIB’S BFF
