WHY IT’S HARMFUL FOR THE ENVIRONMENT: Single-use plastic packaging and excessive carbon emissions
I ’m one of those annoying people who say they eat to live, and the worst part is, I truly do. When left to my own devices, I’d rather feed my soul with the internet (there’s so much to see! Shop! Do!) than scrounge up something to eat in the kitchen. But while I’d rather queue up for sneakers over Shake Shack at any given time, I still appreciate clocking three meals a day. The caveat — only if it isn’t too much of a hassle. That’s why food delivery to me, is the best thing since sliced bread — never mind what actually ends up on my plate.
