Murphy devised a tough, five-day-a-week schedule to get the stars in shape: “The aim was to make them super-agile and athletic.” No biggie, then. STEP 1 REVERSE LUNGE KNEE HOP
TARGETS Glutes, abs and thighs
1 Stand, legs hip distance apart, arms by your sides.
2 Reverse lunge with your right leg.
3 Pull that knee high in front, hopping on your left leg.
4 Repeat 10 times each side.
STEP 2 LEG SWINGS
TARGETS Glutes and thighs
1 Stand on one leg, with your elevated leg slightly bent.
2 Kick up your free leg till it’s straight.
3 Repeat 10 times on one leg, before doing another 10 on the other. It’s kind of like the can-can… but a lot less fun.
