HONOUR
Monday & Tuesday, 9pm ITV Drama
On 25 January 2006, 20-year-old Banaz Mahmod from south London was reported missing by her boyfriend Rahmat Suleimani. Since Banaz’s parents claimed she often stayed out overnight, the police didn’t take the report very seriously.
Rahmat persisted, and the case was given to DCI Caroline Goode, who noticed Banaz had contacted the police multiple times, saying she believed someone in her family was planning to kill her.
Brutal murder
