Jodie Whittaker will finally come face to face with one of the Doctor’s most dreaded adversaries when she engages in battle with the Cybermen as this year’s series builds to a spectacular conclusion.
The opening episode of the two-part finale, Ascension of the Cybermen, promises to be an action-packed adventure that sees the last remaining members of the human race fighting for survival.
The story begins when the Doctor and her pals arrive in the far-flung future in the aftermath of the Great CyberWar, a conflict waged against the Cybermen through the vastness of space.
